M.P. is amazing, Most amazing

It is good that the noise of the election campaign in Madhya Pradesh (Madhya Pradesh By-Poll) has ended, otherwise what else would have been heard. In fact, the electoral noise of this time has touched the limits of falling down, they are unprecedented in the state's political history. From Kutta, Billi to Tiger and Crows, and everything from Laiq-Nalayak to Seth and Pangal were used in electoral attacks. It seems that in the coming days, the task of searching for new abuses should start from now. In fact, in these by-elections, another rare incident of Indian politics is taking place that such a large number of defected leaders are contesting as candidates of the party against which they had originally won. That is, the BJP which they had opposed while staying in the Congress party till a year ago, today is carrying the same BJP flag. On the other hand, the difficulty of BJP leaders and workers is even more because today they have to demand votes from the public by supporting those leaders in their respective fields against whom they had fought the last election.

Everyone is watching the election of Bihar but the by-election in Madhya Pradesh is no less special. By-elections for both the ruling party and the opposition have more significance for the first time. Election has been held on 28 seats and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Congress Party State President & Ex- C.M. Shri Kamal Nath, Union Minister Narendra Singh Tomar and Rajya Sabha MP Jyotiraditya Scindia are in a state of bloom. Chauhan and Scindia have held at least three meetings daily despite Corona being treated at the hospital. Chauhan's hunger for publicity can be understood from the fact that when the Madhya Pradesh High Court imposed some restrictions on the meetings due to Corona, he went against it to the Supreme Court.
Actually, Madhya Pradesh by-elections are taking place under unprecedented circumstances. In the 2018 assembly elections, no party had got an absolute majority on its own, but the Congress formed its government with external support. That government also lasted for a year. But due to differences with Chief Minister Kamal Nath and the government's Chief Political Advisor and former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh, a big leader Jyotiraditya Scindia rebelled and his supporters 22 MLAs, including 6 ministers, eventually split from the Congress and Kamal Nath had to lose his power. In fact, this is a rare occasion in the latest political history of the country when such a large number of MLAs have dropped their membership and due to such large number of by-elections are being held. Ever since this incident has taken place, the issue has been in the public discussion till the by-election campaign is over that the whole game has happened on the basis of money. But these by-elections in the state are not limited only to language degradation or abusive language in campaigning. This nexus of colloquialism will still get blurred with time, but these suggestions are going to affect the character of the politics of the country apart from all these things or the foundation of the changes in the politics of the country and society and politics. It is important to talk about them. In this sense, these by-elections are more important than the popular elections in Bihar.
Shivraj Singh Chauhan needs at least 8 seats to save the government. Kamal Nath needs all 28 seats to form the government again. This election became important for Union Minister Tomar because five assembly seats are being held in his Lok Sabha constituency Morena. For Scindia, this election is not less than a big test. More than half a dozen leaders who came with him in the BJP will have to leave the ministerial post if they do not win the election. Two leaders of his faction, Tulsi Silavat and Govind Singh Rajput, have recently had to resign as ministers due to not winning elections in six months.
Similarly, the supporters of Jyotiraditya Scindia are trying too much to make their place in the new party BJP. Till now, BJP has not included any leader from Congress with him from national to district executive. Ever since the BJP removed Scindia from the election poster and kept only Chauhan and state president VD Sharma, his supporters have become more apprehensive about his future. Scindia is also feeling that the work of BJP and Chauhan will be done from 8 seats but if more leaders of his faction do not win then they will not get the requisite respect in BJP themselves. It is for this reason that they have now started asking for votes for their candidates by giving Scindia royal family a chance. Possibly, the campaign of the Congress may be weaker in performance than the BJP, but the pro-Scindia leader, who is contesting on a BJP ticket, is not finding this election easy. The fact is that instead of local issues, Congress is contesting the election by allegedly terming former MLAs who brought down the Congress government along with Scindia as 'traitors and sellers'. For Contesting MLAs have filed a defamation case of Rs 10 crore against senior Congress leader Digvijay Singh. No matter how much the by-election is politically important, but it is far from the real issues. If we talk about national issues, the new agricultural laws are not taking any name in this election. It may be a matter of surprise but this is the truth that Union Agriculture Minister Narendra Singh Tomar is not even taking the names of the agricultural laws in the election. It is not that the elections are not being held in rural areas. In 28 seats, most of the seats are rural. More voters are farmers. Domestic issues are also secondary. For example, the state is in debt of about 1.25 lakh crore rupees, yet both the BJP have made unfulfilled announcements and promises. Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan has announced and inaugurated Rs 23 thousand crore in the constituency alone. At the same time, the Congress has promised to waive up to two lakh rupees of those farmers, which they could not do while in government because of the deteriorated financial condition of Govt. treasury in the State. It is estimated that this will put a burden of 30 thousand crores on the government exchequer. Apart from this, the Congress has also promised to provide pension to the families of the people who died of corona and 100 units of electricity for 100 rupees.
The government is constantly taking loans to meet day-to-day expenses. After taking out the expenses of government offices and the salaries of the employees, there is hardly even 30% of the amount that other work can be done by paying the interest of the loan. Most of the corporations, boards, authorities and municipal corporations and municipalities in the state are in deficit. They do not have funds for development works. Political experts view that the elections are being contested on salable, durable, item-like terms rather than real issues to hide their flaws. unemployment is the main problem in the Chambal region where the maximum number of seats for the by-elections are being held, parents are forced to sell their agricultural land for the employment of the youth. Despite good mustard cultivation, the farmer is not getting remunerative prices. People who are active for political consciousness in the rugged Chambal, say that the Chambal, which was freed from the bandits, is now being looted by the robbers of political and administrative patronage i.e. the contractors who looted the natural resources.
In the country's politics, this incident will always be known as 'Madhya Pradesh Experiment' and it will decide the move, face and character of politics afresh in the coming days. In this way it will either establish that the public has nothing to do with their representative once they have cast their vote or it will reject the notion that after being elected for political gain or power, the public will be changed from defection Does not matter If the first thing happens, then politics and democracy will be different in the country and secondly if something else happens… This incident of Madhya Pradesh will also change the nature of electoral politics in the country. That is, even after the elections are over, it will be difficult to decide how long their impact will last. Will the governments last for five years now, or will they be like a staggered boat that can sink at any time from the imbalance of the force or the defection hole it carries? It seems that the public also has to be ready now that today, the party they are sending as a candidate, they will raise the flag of another party after a few days, again in front of them the bowl of vote Will stand for Anyway, there is no space left for words like morality and purity in politics, but the bypolls of Madhya Pradesh may seal the final verdict on their existence.
